My name is Tania Robles Garduño, and I’m proud to be part of the team behind Kay Emm.
I’m a Business Strategy & Transformation graduate, born and raised in Irapuato, Guanajuato, México, and currently navigating this incredible journey at just 23 years old. Creativity and marketing have always been my passions—they’re the lens through which I see opportunity, connection, and growth.

I’m deeply grateful to be working alongside Daniella Powell, a leader I admire and learn from every day. Kay Emm has become more than a workplace for me—it’s a space where I’m growing, evolving, and building something meaningful.

My Story
I hold a degree in Business Strategy and Transformation from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro, and graduated just a year ago. I am proudly Mexican, born and raised in Irapuato, Guanajuato—a place that shaped my values, work ethic, and creative spirit.

In 2025, I began working with Kay Emm as a contractor, serving as both a Marketing Strategist and Virtual Assistant.
Working with Kay Emm has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It’s a role I truly enjoy and love—one that allows me to fully tap into my creativity and apply my knowledge to support Daniella as she grows her business and reaches her goals.

Alongside my work, I’m also pursuing a degree in Professional Styling, because one of my biggest dreams is to one day open my own beauty salon.
